forgotten flame ... a shrine to Jedite and Raye

A flash of beautiful red silk pulled his attention to a flowery terrace, a beautiful maiden with long black hair and deep violet eyes standing upon it. Her face shown of boredom, bringing devilish thoughts to Jadeite’s mind. He was attracted to her, like a moth to a flame, and he could not pull himself away from her enchanting figure. He stopped without realizing it, and stood there, gapping at her.
Her eyes moved from the sky to him, and he felt his heart leap. He placed a hand on his chest for fear his heart might escape him. He could not look away, as much as his embarrassment of the situation urged him to, nor could he find breath. Even from his great distance, he could see the passion of life in her eyes. She was vibrant and strong. She was everything.

It only took an instant for him to fall for her.
